Devices & Technical Issues
Don't worry if your connection drops. Refresh the page or close and reopen the browser. mcw98 servers save your session state, so logging back in will pick up right where you left off. If connection problems keep happening, try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data, and clear your browser cache.
mcw98 works smoothly on all modern devices — Android smartphones, iPhone, iPad, Windows PC, and Mac. The best experience comes from using recent versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge. If you're on an older browser, updating it is a good idea, as some games rely on newer technologies.
No separate app download is needed. The mcw98 site is fully mobile-responsive, so you can play directly in any modern browser on your phone. The entire interface is optimized for screen size and touch controls, keeping the gaming experience smooth and enjoyable.
On Android, open the site in Chrome, tap the three-dot menu in the top right corner, and choose "Add to Home Screen". On iPhone, open the site in Safari, tap the share icon at the bottom, and select "Add to Home Screen". This lets you open the site directly from your home screen just like an app.
In many cases, old cached data is what slows a page down. In Chrome, go to Settings → Privacy and Security → Clear Browsing Data and delete the cache. Then refresh the page. If that doesn't fix it, check your internet connection speed or try a different network (Wi-Fi or mobile data).
Cricket & Sports Betting
Yes, mcw98 offers in-play or live betting. You can place bets even after a match has started, with odds updating over-by-over as the situation changes. Live betting odds update quickly, so decisions need to be made fast. It's especially exciting for experienced bettors because you can adjust your bets based on what's happening on the field.
mcw98 offers betting on BPL, the T20 World Cup, IPL, and ICC tournaments, as well as major international series. Alongside cricket, betting markets are also available for sports like football and kabaddi. Bet across all markets and double the excitement of the game.
Multiply the decimal odds by your stake to get the total return if you win. For example, if the odds are 2.50 and you bet ৳100, you get back ৳250 (including your original stake) if you win. The higher the odds, the lower the chance of winning but the bigger the payout. Odds below 1.00 are not normally offered.
The most popular cricket betting markets are — Match Winner (who will win), Toss Winner, First Innings Runs, Top Run Scorer, Top Wicket Taker, Runs in a specific over, and Next Wicket type. For example, in a Bangladesh vs India match, these markets tend to be the most active among bettors.
If a match is abandoned due to rain or any other reason and there is no result (No Result), all bets placed on that market are generally voided and the original stake is returned. However, specific rules can vary by market — read the terms and conditions for that market before placing your bet.
Deposits
Log in to your account and go to the deposit page. Select bKash as the payment method. You will need to send money to mcw98's designated bKash number and submit the transaction ID. Your account is usually topped up within a few minutes. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300.
Yes, the process for depositing via Nagad is almost identical. Select Nagad on the deposit page, send money to the designated number, and confirm with the transaction ID. The minimum deposit amount for Nagad is also ৳300. Deposits are generally processed quickly.
The minimum deposit amount is the same across all payment methods on mcw98 — bKash, Nagad, and Rocket: ৳300. This applies at all times. You must meet this minimum amount to be eligible for a bonus as well.
mcw98 does not charge any extra fees for deposits. However, bKash, Nagad, or Rocket may apply their own "Send Money" fees — those are set by the respective mobile banking service's policy, not by mcw98. For full clarity, check the fee schedule in your mobile banking app before depositing.
Bonus Terms
No, the welcome bonus can only be received once per account. It applies to the first deposit only. Attempting to claim the bonus by opening multiple accounts may result in account suspension, as only one account per person is permitted on mcw98.
The bonus is added automatically when you make your first deposit after opening an account. mcw98's welcome bonus is 100% of your first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and you get another ৳1,000 as a bonus, giving you a total playing balance of ৳2,000.
Yes, there is an option to cancel the bonus. However, cancelling the bonus will also void any winnings earned from it. To cancel a bonus, contact the support team via live chat or email. For full details, refer to the terms and conditions page.
Slots bets generally count in full toward the wagering requirement. Live casino, fishing games, and sports betting also count, but the contribution rate may differ depending on the game type. For the latest and most accurate list, read our bonus terms and conditions or ask support.
The wagering requirement is 15x, and it is calculated on the bonus amount only — not the combined deposit and bonus. For example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you need to wager a total of ৳15,000 (৳1,000 × 15) before bonus winnings can be withdrawn. Once this condition is met, money won from the bonus becomes withdrawable.
Withdrawal Questions
A "Pending" status means your withdrawal request is being processed. Standard withdrawal time on mcw98 is 10 to 45 minutes. Your first withdrawal may take slightly longer as identity verification may be required. If the issue persists after a long wait, contact live chat.

You need to complete the wagering requirement before withdrawing bonus winnings. That means successfully wagering a total amount equal to the bonus multiplied by 15. Once the condition is met, the winnings will be added to your regular balance and can be withdrawn at any time via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket.
The minimum withdrawal amount on mcw98 is ৳1,000. You can choose bKash, Nagad, or Rocket as your withdrawal method. After the withdrawal request is approved, the money usually arrives in your mobile wallet within 10 to 45 minutes.
